The CaptiveWorks CW-700S is similar to the Captive Works CW 650 Classic and Captive Works 600S Premium but its most notable difference is the addition of a USB 2.0 port. The CaptiveWorks CW-700S Classic also has has 32MB of RAM just as the Captive Works CW 650 Classic as compared to only 16MB of RAM for the discontinued Captive Works 600S Premium.
