All returns are subject to diagnostic testing by our engineering department. Please note that free USB flash drives offered with purchase are not eligible for return/repair/exchange.

We do not provide or condone the use of third party software. Using third party software may be illegal and void the product warranty. We sell only genuine, high-quality Free To Air satellite receivers, which are designed and intended for 100% legal use. We will refuse to sell products to anyone whom we believe intends to use our products illegally, or sell our products for any illegal use.

If your unit has a genuine defect… your unit's warranty can be enforced by returning the unit to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. The manufacturer's address can be obtained from us via email or phone.

If you have installed unauthorized or illegal software, your warranty is considered void and no exchange or repair will be offered. Downloading any software other than the manufacturer's FTA software may be illegal, and will definitely void your warranty.

It's only fair to warn you that we have the ability to detect whether unauthorized or illegal third party software has been installed on a unit. Any attempts to program your unit to view satellites 119, 110, DirecTV, Dish Network or Bellvue will be detected, even if the unit has been reset to factory defaults.

If unauthorized or illegal software is detected on your returned unit, you will be liable for mailing a prepaid shipping label to us in order for your unit to be returned to you.

If you have not installed any unauthorized/illegal third party software on your unit but are generally dissatisfied with its performance, please contact us to obtain an RMA # for a refund. All returns for refund are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The initial cost of shipping the unit is non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to return the unit to us. You may qualify for a refund for up to 30 days after the date of purchase only. After 30 days, all return inquires must be directed to the manufacture for replacement or repair.

We provide customer support for the pre-programmed manufacturer's software only. All our FTA satellite receivers come pre-programmed with the manufacturer's FTA software, which will enable you to receive all the current Free To Air channels available through Free To Air satellites. (Please do not email or call with questions about how to hack into DishNetwork, DirecTV, or any other paid subscriber network. We do not support hacks!)

We also do not provide support for program downloads that may enable you to receive Pay-Per-View channels. Receiving PPV channels without paying for them is illegal, and we will not assist you in acquiring the means to view them illegally.
